Introducing The Rose Eleganza
Community Collaboration
Coastal Virginia Magazine's Idea House is a unique program to design, build, and showcase a concept home that celebrates regional lifestyles to be enjoyed by local communities while providing new areas of inspiration. The Idea House project aligns local home builders and service providers to collaborate on latest trends in home design, construction methods, interior innovation, and amenities.
The Rose Eleganza
This year’s much anticipated Peninsula Idea House, The Rose Eleganza came to life in the Oaks at Fenton Mill neighborhood, close by to Colonial Williamsburg. Much like the surrounding area's nature, architecture, and people, The Rose Eleganza embodies elegant tradition along with contemporary style and innovation that inspires visitors with a curious yet welcomed surprise.
Sindy and Jack Clifton, principals of Lawson Homes, and designer Trez Robinson of Staged2Sell, have teamed together for The Rose Eleganza's 3,560 square feet design-build. BT Cabinets is a long-time vendor to Lawson Homes and partnered as a provider of cabinetry, countertop, and hardware products with supporting design and installation services for the Rose Eleganza.
Kitchen Design Spotlight
The Rose Eleganza's kitchen features on-trend and unique design attributes in that the black and white tuxedo scheme is offset by the warmth of cool colored quartz countertops and tastefully allocated brushed gold cabinetry hardware and appliance pulls.
